Open a Community Art Center In Your Town

An Innovative Program That Works

Our team at Art of Recycle has a mission to heal and grow community. Our organization has a vested interest in helping the people who live within our community to receive the best education, great jobs with good pay, a healthy social environment, and activities that engage and foster learning within our youth and we are creating programs that help our community to meet those needs. Since 2008, as our programs developed, our organization has had an incredible impact on the lives of thousands of individuals. We want to share our success and our knowledge with others who have similar goals for their own communities.

Art of Recycle wants to collaborate with artists, activists and organization leaders who have an interest in advocating for change within small communities by bringing the arts to economically challenged areas. We need more community art centers that bring support to their communities by acting as free resource centers for other non-profits, teachers, youth groups, agencies assisting those with special needs, churches and more. Contact us at our Ephrata location for more information or to see how you can become involved as a volunteer.

Our team at Art of Recycle offers training sessions for interested teams of artists and organization leaders. Our organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit that offers fiscal sponsorships to those who are eligible. Our start up guide is available today on Amazon, our programming guide will be available in 2020.

How To Start A Nonprofit

Over the course of a decade, as our team moved forward with building a free community art center, we wrote down our successes and failures and put it all together in a series of books to help others develop community in their own towns. Our first guide introduces you to the process of opening a non-profit and teaching the laws and regulations involved in running an organization. We included our knowledge of permits, insurances, and forms that will be needed to keep your organization legal. We also included our volunteer handbook, employee handbook, background check guides and other necessary forms to help simplify the process of starting a business.
