All sales are final, unless the sold item does not match the exact item condition as listed and photographed, or if the item does not work or has defects that were not disclosed in the description. In the case of damaged items during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier that delivered your package. 

The items we sell may not always be in pristine condition, as they are generally gently used, antique, or vintage items. The description will detail any imperfections. If we fail to accurately represent the item condition, we will gladly return your money.
